Jobs Responsibilities
  • Prepare Credit/Security Documentation
  • Ensure the approved terms of the credit proposals are accurately reflected in the Credit/Security Documentation
  • Liaise with external parties – solicitors, valuers and insurers for mortgage matters to ensure timely completion of transaction
  • Liaise with lawyers and RMs for mortgage redemption matters
  • Liaise with internal parties – legal dept, RM/MA to ensure timely completion of documentation
  • Check duly executed security documentation / conditions and ensure they are in order before limit input
  • Maintain custody of credit files for dept
  • Follow up with RMs on outstanding documentation
Job Requirements
  • Min. 2-3 years of credit admin experience
