About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional learning needs in schools across Chichester. This rewarding role involves providing individualised support to help students access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored 1:1 support to a pupil throughout the school day.
Assist with the delivery of learning activities in line with the teacher's guidance.
Support the pupil's academic, emotional, social, and behavioural development.
Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
