This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with additional learning needs, helping them reach their full potential in a mainstream school environment.
About the Role

As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide personalised, tailored support to a pupil with additional needs.

Assist with behaviour regulation, emotional support and learning engagement.

Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams.

Help adapt lesson materials to meet individual learning styles.
