1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Bath & North East Somerset (BANES) Salary: £93 - £110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications) Start Date: September 2026 About the Role Connex Education is proud to be working in partnership with the Bath and Wells Multi Academy Trust (BWMAT) to recruit caring and committed 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils within mainstream primary schools across Bath & North East Somerset. We are seeking individuals interested in flexible day-to-day supply work, short-term assignments and long-term placements, supporting children with additional learning, social, emotional and communication needs. As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with individual pupils to help them access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their personal and academic goals.
