Job Description
Requisitos Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Software Engineering Lead, Technical Lead, AI Engineering Lead, or similar leadership role. Strong hands-on software development experience with proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and/or Java. Experience building and delivering full-stack applications throughout the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong experience integrating AI technologies, Machine Learning solutions, and/or Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and modern software delivery processes. Experience leading engineering teams within Agile/Scrum environments. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
