Responsibilities
- Inspirational Leadership: Lead and empower operational personnel on the production lines, driving their development and performance growth based on their skills to ensure the success of the production plan.
- KPI Management: Guarantee the fulfillment of critical indicators: Efficiency, Unit Execution, Adherence to Plan (Respecting what is agreed upon), Quality, and Safety. You will be responsible for monitoring their achievement and implementing effective action plans.
