As a Field Technical Support Engineer at ALTEN Mexico, you will provide expert level technical support for complex automotive issues , acting as a key technical reference for diagnostics, investigation, and resolution of difficult vehicle repair cases.
This role requires strong expertise in vehicle diagnostics, electrical and electronic systems, and electrified vehicles , as well as the ability to independently analyze problems and support continuous improvement within aftersales operations.
