This role combines Service Desk operations and on-site Desktop Support, assisting both office-based and work-from-home employees in a dynamic BPO setting. Candidates should possess a degree in IT or Computer Science and 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally within a BPO or enterprise context. Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 are required.
