Job Title: Physiotherapist *REPOST*
Status: Temporary Part Time (18 Months)
Department: Physio - LHO Acute
Program: Healthy Aging
Shifts: 8 Hour shifts, days, evenings, and weekends; schedule subject to change.
Location: Lakeridge Health Oshawa.
Wage Schedule: $40.360 - $56.300 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessment and develop and execute treatment plans.
Document all aspects of patient care and actively participate in patient care meetings, maintaining relevant statistics.
Participate in program development, evaluation, and educational activities as determined by the service.
Perform other related duties as required, including weekend scheduling and travel between Lakeridge Health campuses.
Qualifications
- Licensed by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing.
