The Business Analyst will work at the intersection of business and IT in a public-sector environment, translating complex stakeholder needs into clear requirements and process improvements. As a senior analyst, you will lead process analysis, re-engineering, and Agile delivery, ensuring projects deliver measurable value and align with Manitoba government priorities. You will act as a trusted advisor to business units, guiding changes, managing expectations, and negotiating solutions that balance technical feasibility with political and organizational realities.
