Job Description
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile OS and SaaS platforms
- Demonstrable ability in administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance, EDR/AV and patching
- Comfortable with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation
- Familiarity with scripting/automation (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus
- Clear, confident communication skills — translating technical concepts for non-technical users
- Subject-matter expertise in at least one of the following:
- Microsoft tenant migrations
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- SharePoint Administration
- JIRA Administration
- API integrations
- AI adoption
