2nd Line Windows & VMware Engineer

As a 2nd Line WINTEL Engineer, you will contribute to this by working with new technologies within a team that values the sharing of ideas to build a better service. Your role will involve reviewing Customer Windows related work requests with quick turn‑around responses for more complete and detailed requirements. Using automation, build images, build documents, work instructions, build and configure Windows Servers (the majority being virtual and hosted on VMware clusters). Builds and racking of physical servers with Customer DC and computer rooms. Update and maintain existing gold build images. Patching and upgrades of Windows servers. Capacity Management Reporting & attending bi‑weekly engineering meetings providing progress updates on outstanding tickets.
