Responsibilities
Your role will involve reviewing Customer Windows related work requests and providing quick turn‑around responses for more complete and detailed requirements. You will use automation to build images, documents, work instructions, and configure Windows Servers (primarily virtual and hosted on VMware clusters). You will also build and rack physical servers with Customer DC and computer rooms, update and maintain existing gold build images, patch and upgrade Windows Servers, and produce capacity management reporting.
