Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure they are well–prepared
  • Handle mail and courier services — receiving, sorting, and dispatching
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
  • Provide basic administrative support such as filing, data entry, or scanning documents
  • Assist in ordering and managing office supplies and pantry items
  • Support other teams with ad hoc tasks when needed
