Technology SME for payment & customer screening solutions. The role holder will support upgradation and optimisation of the screening solution systems in compliance and serve as subject‑matter expert for the Fircosoft suite of screening.

• Responsible to deliver proposed architectural solutions, change initiatives and manage BAU activities that span across one or more business units.
• Day‑to‑day management and ownership of screening systems/initiatives (Fircosoft) for customer and payment screening across eight countries.
• Manage resources efficiently and prioritise system enhancement/upgrades.
• Ensure production system stability by supporting the application in different time zones.
• Prioritise defects and issues and address them on time.
