Riverdale is looking for a hands‑on 310T Lead Hand / Shop Foreman to strengthen our London shop team. This is a high-impact leadership role for a technician who can run complex diagnostics, set the standard for repair quality, and help manage the “shop heartbeat” (workflow, paperwork, and parts readiness) for a standardized Freightliner Cascadia fleet.

This role is for a self‑directed professional who thrives in a “Get it Done Right” culture. You will balance a hands‑on workload with technical leadership, ensuring every Cascadia unit returns to service safely and reliably to ensure our mission of animal welfare and food security is never compromised by downtime.

Pay & Perks
