We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer for process innovation, continuous improvement, and advanced technology development initiatives. This role focuses on improving yield, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency across semiconductor fabrication processes.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, hands‑on semiconductor process knowledge, and a passion for driving measurable improvements through data‑driven methodologies, experimentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, design and optimize process integration flow for Silicon based and lithium niobate based photonics devices
- Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize critical process parameters (throughput, yield, etc.)
- Collaborate with device, integration, equipment, and reliability teams to enhance process capability
