3D Visualizer

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D architectural visualizations using 3ds Max and rendering engines such as V-Ray , Corona , or Lumion .
• Develop exterior and interior renderings, animations, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.
• Interpret architectural drawings, BIM models, sketches, and design concepts accurately.
• Model buildings, landscapes, furniture, lighting, and materials with attention to realism and detail.
• Apply textures, lighting, camera composition, and post-production techniques for photorealistic outputs.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and design teams to ensure visualization accuracy.
• Optimize rendering workflows for quality and turnaround time.
• Maintain project files, rendering libraries, and asset management systems.
