Job Description
*Duties:* Participates in the technical operation of a combined heat and power generating station to ensure that the power plant is operated and maintained safely and efficiently; operates, maintains, cleans, and repairs steam generators and their auxiliary equipment. Operates power & emergency generators on assigned shift, responds to emergency situations. Makes rounds of power plant, reads charts and gauges, inspects, and makes adjustments; keeps station daily log, recording charts and gauges; fuel oil readings; maintains good housekeeping practices; performs related duties as required. *Comments:* This is a Civil Service position.
