Key Responsibilities
Pricing & General Price Increase (GPI) Management
- Support the annual General Price Increase (GPI) exercise for Global Customers, including incentive plan compilation and pricing reviews.
- Clarify pricing terms and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of pricing updates across systems.
Rate Management & System Maintenance
- Support setup, maintenance, and updates of rates within billing systems.
- Validate and cross-check rate updates to ensure pricing accuracy and data integrity.
- Assist in central coordination and execution of pricing updates for Global Customers.
Global Agreement Administration
- Maintain and update Global Customer Agreement information and pricing terms.
- Review, update, and communicate fuel surcharge terms and changes to relevant stakeholders.
