**Customer Service and Relationship Management**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding international shipments.
- Resolve client inquiries, troubleshoot issues such as delays or damages, and proactively communicate solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to build trust and drive satisfaction.
**Shipments Coordination and Execution**:
- Manage end-to-end international shipments (air, ocean, and cross-border freight).
- Schedule, book, and monitor shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and agents.
- Ensure timely pick-up, transit, and delivery of goods while adhering to client requirements.
- Maintain constant communication with clients and partners regarding shipment status.
**Documentation and Regulatory Compliance**:
- Prepare, review, and verify documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin....
