The Opportunity

We’re looking for someone who is able to complete Banff Centre training within a prescribed timeframe in order to successfully attain an Engineer 5th class certification. Financial assistance may be available as per Banff Centre learning agreement guidelines. We are looking for someone with an interest and aptitude in mechanical systems to join our team of experienced tradespeople.

The 5th Class Power Engineer is a key member of the Physical Facilities department and will work to keep our campus and facilities operating smoothly. This position oversees the running maintenance of pumps, motors, fans, air filters, and other equipment related to heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, identifying any equipment in need of repair or replacement.
