Reward Manager
Lead the governance and end-to-end management compensation and benefits offering, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with our business strategy. This role plays a key part in shaping how we attract, reward, and retain talent across our global organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full equity lifecycle, including vesting, exercises, and terminations, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and a seamless employee experience through Dealstack.
- Maintain robust compliance and governance frameworks, including plan documentation and audit trails, in partnership with Finance and Legal.
- Deliver insightful analytics and guidance to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
