Job Description
- Develop 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings for molds.
- Prepare mold specifications, checklists, component drawings, and assembly drawings.
- Assist with product and tool development and the molding process.
- Analyze piece parts for moldability and manufacturability.
- Develop design concepts for new tooling and optimize existing molds.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, I-Mold, AutoCAD).
- Knowledge of material properties and their impact on molding.
- Experience with mold design software and tools.
