Job Description
- Develop and improve engineering processes using tools.
- Create and optimize process flows, fixtures, error-proofing, and work instructions to boost efficiency and quality.
- Maintain accurate records and oversee shopfloor systems (MES).
- Review customer documents, prepare engineering reports, and part approval submissions.
- Manage ECN execution, support NPI activities, and handle process validation and risk assessments.
- Drive continuous improvement projects and document engineering procedures.
- Collaborate with customers and ensure account requirements are met.
