Salary: $3200 -$3500
Job scope- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring high service standards.
- Liaise with overseas offices and agents to coordinate quotations, bookings and shipment execution.
- Handle import/export enquiries and bookings across sea, air and land transport modes.
- Activate shipments based on confirmed selling rates and cost structures.
- Collaborate closely with sales personnel to ensure smooth handover and operational follow through.
- Source and maintain competitive rates from hauliers, shipping lines, co-loaders, overseas agents and subcontractors.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to forecasting and pipeline tracking.
