Position Title: HR & Admin Executive

Working Location: Bukit Timah, Singapore
Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Up to SGD 4,500

Job Responsibilities

Human Resource Functions

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, confirmation, and employee documentation

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and documentation in an accurate and timely manner

  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication

  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and forms

  • Coordinate staff attendance, leave administration, payroll submissions, and employee claims

  • Ensure HR processes and documentation are aligned with company policies and employment regulations
