Job Description

As an Academic Coordinator, you will be responsible for making sure our students have excellent learning experience and meet their language learning goals. Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills are a must. Some responsibilities for the role include teacher hiring, training and supervision, handling complaints, organizing our graduation events, monitoring student progress and implementing strategies for student retention.
**REQUIREMENTS**
1. Advanced level of English (C1 or TOEFL ITP 600+) (If you do not have a certificate, you will be asked to answer a written evaluation.)
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as an English teacher (preferably in a similar institution).
3. Bachelor’s Degree related to the field (English Teaching, Pedagogy, Education, Foreign Languages, etc.) or Equivalent experience or certificate (TKT, TESOL, Teacher’s Diploma, etc.).
