Responsibilities
Responsibilities include the following tasks:
- Assisting with invoice processing, vendor ledger management, and payment scheduling
- Supporting the preparation and filing of tax returns, maintaining tax records, and ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Performing reconciliations, variance analysis, and supporting audit-related activities
- Compiling and analyzing sales and service-related financial data for internal reporting
- Assisting in the preparation of management reports for performance monitoring and decision-making
- Supporting treasury operations, including daily cash flow tracking, preparing bank reconciliations, and managing routine banking activities
