This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Administrator based in Kuala Lumpur Lumpur. The Account Administrator will oversee financial records, manage accounts, reconcile discrepancies, and deliver exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate accounting records, supporting account management activities, and ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Administration, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or a similar role.
Experience supporting Account Managers and maintaining customer accounts.
Strong administrative and documentation skills.
Proficient in preparing quotations, sales orders, contracts, and customer-related reports.
