Job Description

Job Description & Requirements Handling and drafting of email correspondences. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying etc. Sort out letters and mails for distribution. Follow up on clients' documents for submissions. Preparation of monthly performance reports, data entry. Preparation of meeting slides and minutes. Preparing PO, PR, RFQ, Part receive, Quotation, shipping and Purchase office supplies, stationery. Monthly compilation and filing of Company expenses, accounts. Hotel and flight booking arrangements. Work pass applications Assist in coordinating for events, trainings when needed. General administrative support Managers when is required. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
