Account Assistant

As an Account Assistant, this role will be supporting the Finance and Admin team and contribute to achieve the department's objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Account Receivable activities:

  • Daily updating of cash collection and bank receipts record
  • Prepare intercompany billing, credit note and debit notes
  • Review Debtor’s aging report and follow upon outstanding collection

Accounts Payable activities:

  • Review and submit online monthly suppliers' payment
  • Process staff claims reimbursements
  • Process TT and COD payment
  • Selected supplier invoice entry
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
Job Requirements
  • Min. Diploma/Degree in Accounting
  • Relevant working experience in a similar capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fast Learner and able to work independently with minimum supervision...
