Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Handle daily accounting operations, including data entry into the accounting system, maintaining accurate financial records, and filing documents.
  • AP & AR Management: Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), follow up on outstanding invoices, and manage vendor payments and customer receipts.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations, verify financial transactions, and assist in month-end closing activities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the finance department and assist with other ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance-related roles (knowledge of basic accounting software is required).
