Job Summary

Delight is Simpro Group's AI‑powered marketing tool for existing Simpro customers. This role is a high‑velocity, full‑cycle sales account executive, not account management or renewal admin. You will own the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close, leveraging a warm hunting ground to generate self‑generated pipeline and convert deals quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close.
  • Self‑generate pipeline from existing customers and convert within an approximate 2‑week cycle.
  • Translate Delight’s AI capabilities into clear, tangible business value for each prospect.
  • Maintain high volume of opportunities while keeping qualification discipline and a strong close rate.
  • Run outcome‑oriented demos and discovery to accelerate decision‑making.
