Overview
As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in growing our sales funnel within the Retirement & Benefits Solutions practice and helping to achieve overall sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Act as a business developer to generate new sales opportunities with mid‑market employers (500–5,000 employees) and benefits consultants seeking defined contribution retirement solutions.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan and strategy for Canadian Defined Contribution Retirement Administration Commercial Outsourcing sales, identifying target accounts and nurturing a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Spend approximately 40% of your time prospecting and qualifying new opportunities, 30% preparing RFP responses and presentations with internal delivery teams, and 30% managing and nurturing your existing pipeline.
