Key Responsibilities
- Build the Barcelona Office and act as the founding Sales Leader in a brand‑new location, shaping local culture, setting team rituals, and creating the day‑to‑day operating environment that turns a headcount plan into a high‑performing team.
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp Italian‑speaking AEs: own the full hiring cycle in Barcelona, source talent from the local pool, design a structured ramp plan with clear milestones, and get new hires to full productivity fast.
- Own SMB outbound revenue end‑to‑end: ARR targets, pipeline coverage, win rate, sales cycle length, ACV, discounting discipline, and forecast accuracy. Serve as the single point of accountability for the Barcelona SMB numbers.
