Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, etc.)
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts
- Monitor cash flow, payments, and collections
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning
Requirements
- Able to handle full set accounts independently
- Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
- Experience in construction or trading industry is an added advantage
- Proficient in spoken and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions in accordance with Malaysian law
