Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To assist fixed assets functions, prepare the fixed assets entries and the register
- To assist inventories entries and adjustments in the accounting system
- To prepare overseas business expense voucher, calculate allowance and claims payable to staff
- To issue scrap sales invoices and handle related accounting entries
- To prepare monthly reports and schedule
- Any other adhoc duties or assignments as assigned by the supervisor
- Degree/Diploma in Accountancy with minimum 3 years’ commercial or audit experience
- Good interpersonal, analytical, well-organized skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Independent, team player and positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel application and formulas
- Preferably with experience in the use of Infor Sun Systems
