Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • To assist fixed assets functions, prepare the fixed assets entries and the register
  • To assist inventories entries and adjustments in the accounting system
  • To prepare overseas business expense voucher, calculate allowance and claims payable to staff
  • To issue scrap sales invoices and handle related accounting entries
  • To prepare monthly reports and schedule
  • Any other adhoc duties or assignments as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Accountancy with minimum 3 years’ commercial or audit experience
  • Good interpersonal, analytical, well-organized skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Independent, team player and positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel application and formulas
  • Preferably with experience in the use of Infor Sun Systems
