Job Description

The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor Degree Graduate of Business Administration, Retail Management or any Business related course with minimum five (5) to seven (7) years of proven working experience as area manager, store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role.

Skilled in managing diverse operations from a distance, the candidate should have a strategic mindset, excellent abilities in financial and operations planning, sound understanding of optimization of operations and standards for success, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, and excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

The candidate should also have strong business acumen with a strategic orientation.
