Job Description

Overview

The incumbent is responsible for prospecting, soliciting, developing and maintaining business relationships with a clientele composed primarily of small commercial organizations in order to promote and sell products and services for the growth of the centre.

He or she uses technical business knowledge and a solid grasp of applicable procedures, standards and guidelines to represent, negotiate and engage companies as part of agreements with moderate impact on the business centre. The incumbent also ensures consistency and balance between sales objectives, sound risk management, portfolio profitability and member, client and partner satisfaction. This position is hybrid – #LI-Hybrid.
