Job Responsibilities

  • Goal Setting & Management:
    • Develop channel shipment targets across various channels.
    • Enhance channel coverage.
    • Drive the implementation and execution of SMR (Sales Management Review).
  • Account Management:
    • Develop joint business plans and joint marketing plans with channel partners.
    • Monitor DOS (Days of Sale) trends through effective management of partner sell-in/sell-out and inventory; formulate rational order plans accordingly.
    • Manage channel partner credit, accounts receivable (collections), and rebates.
    • Foster and maintain healthy cooperative relationships.
    • Identify and certify potential channel partners.
