Job Description

As an Account Manager , you will engage with senior executives of multinational corporations as well as mid-sized companies in both the private and public sectors. You will work closely with CEOs, Board members, and management teams to develop and grow strategic client relationships.

Acting as a true product expert, you will be the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with sales, development, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure long-term customer retention.
  • Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve targets.
  • Act as a consultant on the product, supporting and guiding clients in their use of the solutions.
