Account Manager leads the day to day business with the client and internally.
Responsibilities
Client
- Charismatic and can build a strong relationship with the different clients’ stakeholders.
- Builds client confidence by demonstrating an ability to creatively manage and deliver a quality product, on time, on strategy and on budget and aims to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
- Proactive and can challenge clients’ briefs and help planning come up with relevant insights
- Adept at identifying potential problems and developing recommended solutions to review with their Senior Account Manager/Account Director.
- Consistently fulfills clients needs; provides value-added input and creative solutions
