Job Description
The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Commercial and Large Enterprise clients by delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long‑term account retention. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, providing consultative sales support across StarHub’s suite of enterprise telco.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Commercial and Large Enterprise accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and high service standards.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of telecommunications and ICT solutions, including connectivity, mobility, workspace collaboration, and related enterprise services.
- Proactively manage and grow assigned accounts through regular client engagement, needs analysis, and value‑based selling.
