Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the main contact for assigned clients

- Present and explain IT products and solutions clearly

- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts

- Coordinate with internal teams to address client concerns

- Assist with contract renewals and account reviews



Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any field

- At least 1 year of experience in IT-related sales or account management

- Good communication and client handling skills

- Comfortable discussing basic IT products or solutions



Work Schedule

- Monday to Friday

- 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM

- Compressed work week
