Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
o Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end purchasing cycle and procurement processes;
o Client Strategy: Develop tailored strategies for each account to ensure they achieve their specific business objectives;
o Customer Success: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction regarding all products and services delivered;
o Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the central liaison between Kinova and the client, addressing needs and resolving concerns with speed and efficiency;
o Relationship Building: Conduct regular client meetings to deeply
understand their evolving goals, challenges, and requirements.
o Business Development: Drive contract growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities within the portfolio.
