Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Account Manager to support and scale seller operations within the SHEIN Mexico marketplace. This role plays a key part in driving seller growth, improving store performance, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end seller and store operations to drive GMV growth, new product launches, and inventory sell-through.
  • Guide sellers on listing optimization, pricing strategies, campaign participation, and performance improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, return rate, fulfillment efficiency, and stock levels; translate insights into action plans.
  • Resolve operational issues, after-sales disputes, and compliance risks to maintain platform standards.
