Job Description

Requirements

3 years’ experience in digital advertising, with proven success in a client-facing, revenue-driving role

Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate performance data into actionable client strategies (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau)

Exceptional communication and presentation skills with Directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders

Deep knowledge of the Canadian publishing landscape and programmatic advertising ecosystem (CTV, video, display, audio, DOOH)

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple high-value clients

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Fluent in English required

Hybrid work model – in office 3 days per week

Ability to travel 1 week per quarter or as needed
