Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented account manager to join our team to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with strategic merchants to drive business growth. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic business planning, customer engagement, and campaign management within the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Portfolio management of strategic accounts

  • Build & maintain positive relationships with clients, promote merchant satisfaction
  • Act as the main point of contact for escalations and assist in problem-solving
  • Identify new business opportunities by promoting new products and services or offering tailored solutions based on client’s needs (working with product and tech team)
  • Plan marketing campaigns to boost NETS usage
  • Arrange senior management meetings for account reviews
  • Prepare and give presentation to internal stakeholders
