The Account Manager Specialist will be responsible for managing small to medium-sized accounts to effectively support various customers and business needs. This role serves as the primary liaison between smaller clients and the enterprise. The core focus will be on customer retention and identifying growth opportunities by developing strategic solutions and delivering added value.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify sales opportunities and expand the existing customer portfolio.
- Strategically manage all aspects of the customer relationship for each assigned account.
- Track and manage open tasks to ensure timely delivery and completion of key customer initiatives.
- Act as a point of escalation for significant customer issues within assigned accounts.
